Patient satisfaction is important to us. Every four months we survey a sample of patients who have come to Queensway for treatment. We take time to review every survey to understand what we are doing well and if there are any areas where improvements can be made. We appreciate all feedback.
In each survey we use a colour system to show how we’ve been rated.
