Courses and training at Queensway Education Centre

Queensway offers a range of courses for practising dentists and students of dentistry. We believe that good education and training for our own staff is paramount to delivering a professional service for our patients, but we want to go further by offering courses to all those interested throughout the North East. Course: Implant treatment for compromised bone situations

Expanding the clinician’s awareness of surgical treatment options for edentulous arches, this advanced course will look at both fixed and removable options including the All-on-4TM concept. Participants will focus on the practical skills necessary for selecting and treating edentulous patients.

Course: Esthetic Alliance Program

The four-session program has been designed to enhance the comfort level of clinicians to routinely utilise dental implants within their dental practice. You will be encouraged to provide a case that you will restore during the module. The full program is organised into four sessions based on the unique treatment indication: missing posterior single tooth, missing anterior single tooth, partially edentulous and the fully edentulous arch.

"The afternoon course days were both enjoyable and informative.

Ian Lane ensured we all benefited from the course through excellent delivery of a comprehensive series of lectures followed by small group discussion of our ongoing cases.

By applying what I have learned on the programme my implant practice has grown, I now have the confidence to tackle challenging cases achieving predictable results with both function and aesthetics.

I would highly recommend a General Dental Practitioner wanting to expand their implant practice to attend the EAP programme."
