We have nearly made it to the end of 2020!! This year has been difficult for all of us in so many ways, but we hope that over the next couple of weeks all of our patients and staff will have the opportunity to enjoy some seasonal festivities and spend quality time with their families where possible.

Within this newsletter, we have included some important information about the changes to how our hygiene appointments will be managed in the New Year and we urge you to have a look at Sally’s video which will explain these changes and the importance of them.

Once again, we would like to thank all of our patients and staff for the co-operation, understanding, support and patience that you have all shown us during this pandemic. We are immensely grateful to all of you, and recognise that without this we would not have been able to get back to doing what we love and providing care for all of our patients.

Due to past experiences at various dental practices, the lovely Scarlett Moffatt was an anxious patient.

We are delighted to have welcomed her to Queensway Dental and look forward to following her smile journey – we hope you will join us too!

We are really proud of our team and how well they have adapted and responded to the new ways in which we operate. This year, with our annual Christmas party cancelled, we wanted to reward staff in a different way and what better day to do it than Christmas Jumper day!

From Save the Children, to Billingham and Newcastle Foodbanks and women’s charity, Harbour, we are delighted to have been able to donate over £600 to these amazing charities who are helping people to enjoy the festive season.
