Useful information for patients prior to an appointment at Queensway Jesmond

There are parking restrictions directly outside of the practice and during certain hours it is permit holders only. We do not have permits available for patients. However, there are metered parking bays available at either end of the terrace (charges are approximately 60p per hour).

Please note:

Upon arrival please use the dental buzzer before entering the building. Our waiting room is open, but to maintain social distancing seats are limited.

To help minimise people in the waiting rooms, please try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time and attend your appointment alone where possible (unless you have been advised otherwise).

Wearing a mask or face covering is now your own personal preference. However, if you wish to wear a mask, we will of course respect that and we will continue to provide masks for you to use should you need one. We will continue to wear masks and necessary PPE in the clinical areas where we tend to be in closer proximity to our patients. The safety of our patients and staff remains paramount and we thank you for your continued co-operation
