Happy New Year to you.

Following on from the recent government announcement moving from Tier 4 into National lockdown, we would like to reassure you that this will not affect your dental appointments.

The health and wellbeing of our patients and staff remain the priority for us all at Queensway and our promise to our patients is that we will continue to maintain the highest standards of infection control, by continuing to invest in PPE, technology, and our protocols in line with government guidelines .

Dentistry is included in healthcare provision and is as an essential service. Therefore, despite the recent changes, both our Billingham and Jesmond practices will be remaining open for all routine care and treatment. Should anything change from this, or we do need to cancel your appointment, we will communicate with you as soon as we are informed.
