I was referred to Queensway Orthodontics to see Dr Guy Deeming by my dentist. I had started brace treatment with a company called Clearstep braces who had gone bust during my treatment, leaving me with a missing front tooth.
I came for my consultation and saw both Dr Guy Deeming and Dr Ian Lane. Both Dr Deeming and Dr Lane gave me a few different options of what was available, along with the pros and cons of each. It was mainly the honesty which made me decide to go ahead with my treatment. I also felt they seemed like genuinely caring people too and would be able to help.
The teams from Queensway Orthodontics and Queensway Dental Clinic were both really good. After finishing my orthodontic treatment with Dr Deeming, Dr Paul Averley took over my dental care. I was quite scared about going ahead with the implant treatment; however, Dr Averley was brilliant.
Jade, Dr Averley's nurse was really lovely too. She was always chatty and made me feel really welcome. Everyone at the clinic was always really friendly.
I feel much more confident now I’ve finished treatment. I was so concerned about how the implant would look but you can’t even tell it’s there.
I wish I had gone with Queensway at the start. The service has always been really good; everyone has always been really friendly and honest straight from the start. I was even given finance options, as sometimes with things like this you don’t think treatment is affordable when it actually is.
