Dental Nurses Achieve New Qualification

We are delighted to announce that 13 Dental Nurses from local North-East practices, including Queensway, have passed their NEBDN Certificate in Dental Radiography.
The qualification is studied over 20-weeks and taught by Mrs Colette Meek at our on-site education centre.
Colette commented: “I’m delighted that the nurses have passed their exam and have significantly increased their knowledge base. At Queensway, dental education is extremely high on our agenda, not just for members of staff at our clinic, but also for practices across the region. It is important that all dental nurses have the opportunity to expand their basic training and are able to support their dentist and practice with invaluable skills in sedation, oral health and radiography.”
