At Queensway Dental, we believe that staying up-to-date with the latest in dentistry is of paramount benefit to our patients. We even offer courses to other dental professionals at our dedicated education centre in Billingham.

Booking information

In order to book a class, full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the start date. Once registered, the booking can only be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received by email to vicky.philipson@queensway.co.uk or by telephone on 01642 554667.

Cancellations received at least 29 days prior to the course/event will be entitled to a 100% credit voucher or refund.

Cancellations received between 15 days and 28 days (inclusive) prior will receive a 100% credit voucher or 75% refund.

For late cancellations received between 1 and 14 days (inclusive) prior to the course/event, no credit voucher or refund will be given.

Queensway Dental Clinic reserves the right to cancel the event or alter the speakers if unforeseen circumstances arise. We will always try to inform you at least seven days before the event.
