The Friends and Family Test Results April 2015

We have recently introduced the NHS Friends and Family Test within the practice as an additional way for our NHS patients to give us feedback. The feedback is based on how likely you would be to recommend the service provided by Queensway Orthodontics to your friends and family. Patients are asked "We would like you to think about your recent experience of our service. How likely are you to recommend our dental practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?".
