NHS Friends and Family Test – February results are in!

We introduced the Friends and Family Test within Queensway as an additional way for our patients to give us feedback. The feedback is based on how likely you would be to recommend the service provided by us to your friends and family.
Patients are asked: “We would like you to think about your recent experience at Queensway. How likely are you to recommend our dental practice to your friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?”
