Primary Care Trust Feedback

The Primary Care Trust is part of the NHS and is responsible for making sure that the organisations providing health and social care services (such as Queensway Dental Clinic) are working effectively.

Throughout June a satisfaction survey was issued to patients who were referred to Queensway Dental Clinic for conscious sedation in our Anaesthetist led anxiety management clinic.

From the 96 patients who were surveyed, 96% rated the service as excellent and the remaining 4% rated it as very good.

We are very proud of the results as this reinforces our own patient surveys that are carried out at the practice on a 6 monthly basis.
