Update from the Queensway Dental Team

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak we have been advised by the government and the Chief Dental Officer to, wherever possible, reduce the amount of routine treatments we are doing to contribute to reducing the risk of further spread of the Coronavirus. If you have an appointment booked with us in the coming weeks we will be contacting you soon to discuss your individual treatment.

We are very pleased to say that our practices are still open and we will be focussing our care for patients who have an urgent dental problem, completing certain outstanding treatments and some simple treatments if necessary. We will be providing a daily emergency service for regular patients and new patients to the practice. If you have dental symptoms or a dental problem of any kind then please do not hesitate to contact our reception team and we will do our very best to help you.

For new patients interested in how we can help improve their smile, we are offering telephone and/or online video consultations via our website www.queensway.co.uk with one of our dental team to discuss possible treatment options and explore what we might be able to do to help you once the COVID-19 situation has resolved.
