Tell us a little bit about your career history

I started my career in the travel industry from age of 16, before becoming a hotel receptionist and working my way up to deputy hotel manager.

How long have you worked at Queensway?

I joined Queensway in January 2021.

Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?

I split my time between Reception helping patients face-to-face and the Patient Support Hub answering telephone calls.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Getting to know the wonderful Queensway patients and building new relationships.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

Days out with my family and watching my children take part in their sports.
