Jackie Simpson

Jackie joined Queensway Dental in 2001 and previously worked alongside Dr Ian Lane as a sedation qualified dental nurse. She moved over to the reception team in 2004 and completed courses in customer service, team leading and patient care coordinating.

What do you enjoy most about working at Queensway?

Even after 16 years of working at Queensway, each day is different and it’s great to meet new people.

Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?

On reception in both buildings; upstairs in main and also downstairs in crown.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Seeing the same faces on a regular basis and building relationships with those patients.

What do you enjoy doing out of work?

Outside of the practice, I socialise with friends and spend quality time with my daughter, Georgia.

What makes you smile?

My daughter makes me smile every day.
