Louise Cooper

I started working life at the Abbey National mortgage centre as a business support administrator, before qualifying as a Beauty Therapist and embarking on a much enjoyed 20 year career in the spa and salon industry. In 2020 I decided the time was right for a change and joined the Queensway team as a Patient Support Advisor.

Where would a patient usually find you in the practice?

Alongside my colleagues in the patient support hub answering calls.

What makes you smile?

The greeting I receive from my doggies at the end of the day, seeing my kids happy and content in life, along with the occasional glass if fizz with friends and family.
