On meeting Paul Averley I had total confidence in him that he would be able to fix my smile – he was very calm, respectful and reassuring and gave me all of my options. He was just so lovely – I really felt valued as a patient. I was even happy to have treatment at both the Billingham and Jesmond practices and all staff at both were fantastic!

I had bridges, crowns and veneers under conscious sedation – which was amazing by the way as I was extremely anxious about having treatment.

Treatment has made such a big difference to me, Paul Averley corrected everything that I was concerned about and more. Finally I don’t have to keep my lips shut, I can smile freely and with confidence. There was no negatives about treatment – I give it 11 out of 10.

The service was excellent – I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I have already recommended friends that have had the same problems as me.
